These Hot Honey Pork Chops bring together tender pork, sweet brown sugar, and a little heat. Thick-cut boneless pork chops make this an easy dinner with plenty of flavor. A simple hot honey glaze comes together with just two ingredients. The glaze caramelizes under the broiler for a delicious finish.
This recipe requires very little preparation, which makes it perfect for a busy weeknight. You can use homemade hot honey or your favorite store-bought variety. Choose a mild or spicy hot honey based on your preferred level of heat.
I served these pork chops with Loaded Mashed Sweet Potatoes for a sweet and savory dinner. The combination worked beautifully with the spicy-sweet glaze. You can easily pair the pork chops with your favorite vegetables, potatoes, or salad.
