I’ve been in the kitchen working on a new version of a Gluten-Free Texas Sheet Cake, and let me tell you—there’s something so satisfying about testing that rich, fudgy icing over a fresh bake. Still dialing in that perfect balance of deep chocolate flavor and soft, tender crumb (without the gluten, of course).

This one is still a work in progress, but it’s already shaping up to be the kind of dessert you’ll want to bring to every gathering… or just keep all to yourself on a quiet night in.
