Spinach Artichoke Dip

This is one of my favorite appetizers. Spinach Artichoke Dip is a classic appetizer full of irresistible flavors. It’s a creamy and savory dish that’s perfect for any menu. Whether served with chips, fresh vegetables, or warm bread, it’s sure to leave a lasting impression on your guests. 

Spinach Artichoke Dip

Servings: 6 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup Romano cheese grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts in water drained and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan, Romano, garlic, basil, and garlic salt.
  • Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.
  • Transfer to the baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until bubbly.
  • Broil for a few minutes to brown the top. Be sure to watch closely to keep from burning.
  • Remove and serve hot.
