Preheat oven to 350℉.
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan, Romano, garlic, basil, and garlic salt.
Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.
Transfer to the baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until bubbly.
Broil for a few minutes to brown the top. Be sure to watch closely to keep from burning.
Remove and serve hot.
