Smoked Salmon Spread

Smoked Salmon Spread

Servings: 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz smoked salmon roughly chopped (reserve a couple of slices for garnish)
  • 2 Tbs green onions (just the green parts) chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 dashes hot pepper sauce

Instructions

  • Use a mixer to mix together cream cheese, heavy cream, green onions, dill, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce.
  • Add the smoked salmon and mix until desired consistency is reached. Place in a bowl.
  • Refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Remove from the refrigerator, garnish with remaining smoked salmon.
  • Serve.
