Smoked Salmon Spread
Servings: 8 servings

- 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz smoked salmon roughly chopped (reserve a couple of slices for garnish)
- 2 Tbs green onions (just the green parts) chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh dill chopped
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 3 dashes hot pepper sauce
Use a mixer to mix together cream cheese, heavy cream, green onions, dill, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce.
Add the smoked salmon and mix until desired consistency is reached. Place in a bowl.
Refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Remove from the refrigerator, garnish with remaining smoked salmon.
Serve.
