Rosemary Garlic Compound Butter

Rosemary Garlic Compound Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 (4 oz) stick salted butter softened
  • 1 tsp dried chives
  • 1 pinch dried thyme
  • 1 pinch dried basil
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary minced

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Use a hand mixer to whip the butter, garlic, and herbs together.
  • Transfer to a small container and refrigerate until use.
  • This needs to sit for a minimum of 30 minutes, but is better after sitting overnight.
  • Pull out the butter and allow to sit on the counter for 20 minutes.
  • Serve.

Notes

Be sure to read the labels for gluten-free. 
Pairs well with beef, chicken, and pork. It can also be used with vegetables.
