Rosemary Garlic Compound Butter

- 1 (4 oz) stick salted butter softened
- 1 tsp dried chives
- 1 pinch dried thyme
- 1 pinch dried basil
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary minced
Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Use a hand mixer to whip the butter, garlic, and herbs together.
Transfer to a small container and refrigerate until use.
This needs to sit for a minimum of 30 minutes, but is better after sitting overnight.
Pull out the butter and allow to sit on the counter for 20 minutes.
Serve.
Be sure to read the labels for gluten-free.
Pairs well with beef, chicken, and pork. It can also be used with vegetables.
