Pizza Casserole

Weeknights can be hectic, and the last thing you want is to spend hours in the kitchen. This pizza casserole is the perfect solution. It’s simple to prepare, quick to bake, and loaded with flavors that everyone will love. Plus, it’s an excellent way to sneak in some family bonding time as you prepare it together.

Pizza Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked shell pasta Substitute gluten-free pasta
  • 24 oz pizza sauce
  • 6 oz pepperoni
  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 large cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 1/2 cup mozzarella shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl, stir together ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, pizza sauce, garlic, oregano, and basil.
  • Cut some of the pepperoni into smaller pieces and leave some whole. Stir the pepperoni and pasta into the sauce.
  • Pour mixture into a 8×10 pan. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven.
  • Garnish with parsley.
  • Serve.
