Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, pizza sauce, garlic, oregano, and basil.
Cut some of the pepperoni into smaller pieces and leave some whole. Stir the pepperoni and pasta into the sauce.
Pour mixture into a 8x10 pan. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 25-35 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Remove from the oven.
Garnish with parsley.
Serve.
