Oven-Baked BBQ Ribs

Oven-Baked BBQ Ribs

Servings: 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 3-4 pounds St. Louis-style pork ribs trimmed and cut
  • 3 Tbs SETX BBQ Seasoning or seasoning of your choice
  • 4 Tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbs honey
  • 1 cup Honey BBQ Sauce or BBQ sauce of your choice

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 275 degrees.
  • Line a pan with foil.
  • Cut the ribs in half or thirds to enable it to fit inside of the pan.
  • Rub the ribs with the barbeque seasoning.
  • Cover with foil and cook for 2 hours.
  • While the ribs are cooking, mix together the apple cider vinegar and the honey until smooth.
  • After the first two hours of cooking, uncover and spoon the basting liquid (vinegar and honey) over the top of the ribs. Cover with foil.
  • Continue to cook an additional 2 hours.
  • Remove the foil, baste with BBQ sauce and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  • Turn the oven to broil and cook for about 5 minutes or until the sauce bubbles.
  • Remove from the oven. Let rest 10 minutes.
  • Serve.
