Preheat the oven to 275 degrees.
Line a pan with foil.
Cut the ribs in half or thirds to enable it to fit inside of the pan.
Rub the ribs with the barbeque seasoning.
Cover with foil and cook for 2 hours.
While the ribs are cooking, mix together the apple cider vinegar and the honey until smooth.
After the first two hours of cooking, uncover and spoon the basting liquid (vinegar and honey) over the top of the ribs. Cover with foil.
Continue to cook an additional 2 hours.
Remove the foil, baste with BBQ sauce and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
Turn the oven to broil and cook for about 5 minutes or until the sauce bubbles.
Remove from the oven. Let rest 10 minutes.
Serve.
