Greek Peas
Ingredients
- 2 15 oz cans of peas
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 Tbs olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small Dutch oven or saucepan, pour in the cans of peas with the liquid and add the chicken broth to the pot.
- Stir in the olive oil, dried dill and sugar.
- Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
