Greek Peas

Ingredients

  • 2 15 oz cans of peas
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 Tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small Dutch oven or saucepan, pour in the cans of peas with the liquid and add the chicken broth to the pot.
  • Stir in the olive oil, dried dill and sugar.
  • Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for about 15 minutes.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve
