Try these delicious Garlic Parmesan Drumsticks! I love how easy this main course is to make and my family loves it. The garlic, Parmesan, and butter coat these drumsticks creating the perfect family meal.
Garlic Parmesan Drumsticks
Ingredients
- 2-2 1/2 pounds drumsticks about 8
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Remove the drumsticks from package and dry.
- Place drumsticks in a gallon size resealable bag.
- Add the olive oil. Seal bag and toss to coat.
- In a small bowl mix together all the seasonings.
- Pour in the bag, seal and toss to coat.
- Place drumsticks on the baking sheet.
- Cook for 40-45 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees or higher.
- Before the chicken has finished cooking, prepare the garlic Parmesan sauce. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese. Stir together until well combined.
- When the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees or higher, remove from the oven. Place chicken in a bowl. Pour the sauce over the drumsticks and toss to coat.
- Remove and plate the drumsticks. Garnish with parsley.
- Serve.
