There’s something special about recipes that feel both effortless and a little elegant—and these Dill Marinated Pork Chops fit that sweet spot perfectly. With a short ingredient list and simple prep, this dish delivers big flavor without a lot of fuss. The combination of olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, and dill creates a savory-slightly-sweet marinade that keeps the pork tender and juicy, while a hint of crushed red pepper adds just enough warmth to keep things interesting.
