Dill Marinated Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 2 Tbs honey
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 4 thick-cut pork chops

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dried dill, honey, and crushed red pepper until well combined.
  • Trim the pork chops as needed.
  • Place the pork chops in a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and gently massage to coat. Marinate for about 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and cook for 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  • Remove from the oven, rest briefly, and serve.
