In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dried dill, honey, and crushed red pepper until well combined.
Trim the pork chops as needed.
Place the pork chops in a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and gently massage to coat. Marinate for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and cook for 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Remove from the oven, rest briefly, and serve.
