Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 (about 2 pounds) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz buffalo sauce reserve 1 cup for serving
- 1 oz packet ranch powder
- Gluten-Free buns (toasted) or bibb lettuce
Instructions
- Place the chicken breast in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Pour the buffalo sauce over the top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle the packet of ranch over the top of the buffalo sauce.
- Turn the slow cooker on low and cook for 6 hours.
- Use two forks to shred the chicken.
- Place the buffalo chicken on a toasted bun or in a bibb lettuce leaf. Top with your favorite blue cheese or ranch and serve.
