Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken

- 4 (about 2 pounds) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz buffalo sauce reserve 1 cup for serving
- 1 oz packet ranch powder
- Gluten-Free buns (toasted) or bibb lettuce
Place the chicken breast in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Pour the buffalo sauce over the top of the chicken.
Sprinkle the packet of ranch over the top of the buffalo sauce.
Turn the slow cooker on low and cook for 6 hours.
Use two forks to shred the chicken.
Place the buffalo chicken on a toasted bun or in a bibb lettuce leaf. Top with your favorite blue cheese or ranch and serve.
