Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 (about 2 pounds) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 oz buffalo sauce reserve 1 cup for serving
  • 1 oz packet ranch powder
  • Gluten-Free buns (toasted) or bibb lettuce

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breast in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Pour the buffalo sauce over the top of the chicken.
  • Sprinkle the packet of ranch over the top of the buffalo sauce.
  • Turn the slow cooker on low and cook for 6 hours.
  • Use two forks to shred the chicken.
  • Place the buffalo chicken on a toasted bun or in a bibb lettuce leaf. Top with your favorite blue cheese or ranch and serve.
