Gluten-Free Peach Crumble
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups frozen peaches thawed
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oatmeal old fashioned
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup heaping pecan halves, crushed
- 1/2 cup of butter melted
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- In a 4 cup bowl mix together the peaches, sugars, and cinnamon. Set aside.
- In a small bowl mix together the remaining dry ingredients. Pour in the melted butter and milk, stir together.
- Place the peach mixture in the bottom of a 9-10 inch Dutch oven. Cover the top of peaches with the batter.
- Bake for 45 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm with ice cream.
