Gluten-Free Peach Crumble

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups frozen peaches thawed
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oatmeal old fashioned
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup heaping pecan halves, crushed
  • 1/2 cup of butter melted
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a 4 cup bowl mix together the peaches, sugars, and cinnamon. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl mix together the remaining dry ingredients. Pour in the melted butter and milk, stir together.
  • Place the peach mixture in the bottom of a 9-10 inch Dutch oven. Cover the top of peaches with the batter.
  • Bake for 45 minutes until golden.
  • Serve warm with ice cream.
