Zesty Skillet Corn
Ingredients
- 2 (15 oz) cans corn mostly drained
- 2 Tbs butter divided
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-low heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Stir in the corn.
- Once the corn is hot, add the seasoning.
- Cook for 5-10 minutes more.
- Add the remaining tablespoon of butter and stir until melted.
