Zesty Skillet Corn

Ingredients

  • 2 (15 oz) cans corn mostly drained
  • 2 Tbs butter divided
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium-low heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Stir in the corn.
  • Once the corn is hot, add the seasoning.
  • Cook for 5-10 minutes more.
  • Add the remaining tablespoon of butter and stir until melted.
  • Serve

Notes

Be sure to read the ingredients for gluten-free. 
 
This dish can be made up the night before. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
