Zesty Skillet Corn

Ingredients
2
(15 oz) cans
corn
mostly drained
2
Tbs
butter
divided
1
tsp
Old Bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a skillet over medium-low heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Stir in the corn.
Once the corn is hot, add the seasoning.
Cook for 5-10 minutes more.
Add the remaining tablespoon of butter and stir until melted.
Serve
Notes
Be sure to read the ingredients for gluten-free.
This dish can be made up the night before. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
