This is one of my favorite appetizers. Spinach Artichoke Dip is a classic appetizer full of irresistible flavors. It’s a creamy and savory dish that’s perfect for any menu. Whether served with chips, fresh vegetables, or warm bread, it’s sure to leave a lasting impression on your guests.
Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/4 cup Romano cheese grated
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts in water drained and roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan, Romano, garlic, basil, and garlic salt.
- Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.
- Transfer to the baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until bubbly.
- Broil for a few minutes to brown the top. Be sure to watch closely to keep from burning.
- Remove and serve hot.
