This was one of the very first appetizers my husband ever made for me after we got married. It’s beautiful and delicious. The creamy Brie mixed with the flaky puff pastry and topped with preserves is divine! This quickly became one of my favorite appetizers. Now that I’ve found gluten-free puff pastry, I can have this wonderful appetizer again! You can top it with your favorite preserve or pepper jelly. I like to pair mine with pepper jelly since this is one of my pantry stables.
