Waffles immediately come to mind when thinking of breakfast or brunch. There’s something special about being served a golden Belgian waffle. These Gluten-Free Belgian Waffles are crispy on the outside while being light and fluffy on the inside. They are delicious topped with fresh berries and cream.
Gluten-Free Belgian Waffles
Servings: 6 waffles
Equipment
- Waffle Iron
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 Tbs packed brown sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the waffle iron.
- Beat eggs in a large bowl until fluffy.
- Whisk in remaining ingredients until smooth.
- Pour a scant 2/3 cup of batter into the waffle iron. Cook waffle as per the manufacturer’s instructions.
