Gluten-Free Belgian Waffles

- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 Tbs packed brown sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preheat the waffle iron.
Beat eggs in a large bowl until fluffy.
Whisk in remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour a scant 2/3 cup of batter into the waffle iron. Cook waffle as per the manufacturer's instructions.
