Gluten-Free Belgian Waffles

Equipment

  • Waffle Iron

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbs packed brown sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the waffle iron.
  • Beat eggs in a large bowl until fluffy.
  • Whisk in remaining ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour a scant 2/3 cup of batter into the waffle iron. Cook waffle as per the manufacturer's instructions.
