Loaded Deviled Eggs

I’m not telling Grandma to move over, but these are so good! If you need a low-carb solution for loaded baked potatoes, these deviled eggs are sure to hit the spot.

Loaded Deviled Eggs

Servings: 6 Servings

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs boiled and peeled
  • 3 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 Tbs sour cream
  • 2 Tbs mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sharp cheddar finely grated
  • 1 green onion

Instructions

  • Slice the eggs in half. Add the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  • Use a fork to mix yolks, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar, 1 Tbs crumbled bacon. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spoon mixture into a piping bag using a large round tip. Pipe mixture into the egg.
  • Garnish with bacon and green onions. Serve.
