I’m not telling Grandma to move over, but these are so good! If you need a low-carb solution for loaded baked potatoes, these deviled eggs are sure to hit the spot.
Loaded Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs boiled and peeled
- 3 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 Tbs sour cream
- 2 Tbs mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sharp cheddar finely grated
- 1 green onion
Instructions
- Slice the eggs in half. Add the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Use a fork to mix yolks, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar, 1 Tbs crumbled bacon. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon mixture into a piping bag using a large round tip. Pipe mixture into the egg.
- Garnish with bacon and green onions. Serve.
