Loaded Deviled Eggs

- 6 large eggs boiled and peeled
- 3 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 Tbs sour cream
- 2 Tbs mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sharp cheddar finely grated
- 1 green onion
Slice the eggs in half. Add the yolks into a mixing bowl.
Use a fork to mix yolks, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar, 1 Tbs crumbled bacon. Salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon mixture into a piping bag using a large round tip. Pipe mixture into the egg.
Garnish with bacon and green onions. Serve.
