Pulled Pork Nachos
Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz) bag tortilla chips
- 1 (16 oz) can pinto beans drained
- 2 cups Slow Cook Pulled Pork (or prepared pulled pork of your choice) heated
- 3 cups pepperjack cheese grated
- 1 cup Honey BBQ Sauce or sauce of your choice
- Garnish with sliced green onions sour cream, and jalapeños.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Heat the pork in the microwave if it’s not already warmed.
- Line the tray with tortilla chips.
- Layer the pinto beans over the top of the chips.
- Place the cheese over the top of the beans.
- Layer the pulled pork over the top of the cheese.
- Drizzle the BBQ sauce over the top of the pulled pork.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven.
- Garnish and serve.
