Oven-Baked Pork Chops

Oven-Baked Pork Chops

Servings: 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp SETX BBQ Seasoning or seasoning of your choice
  • 4 thick cut pork chops about 1 inch thick

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Trim the fat off of the pork chops.
  • Generously season both sides of the pork chops.
  • Place chops in a baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
  • Remove from oven and serve.
