This Honey Sriracha Salmon & Broccoli is an easy, oven-baked meal that brings together tender salmon, broccoli, and a sweet-heat sauce made with honey, sriracha, and garlic. Everything marinates briefly and bakes together on one pan, making it a simple option for a flavorful weeknight dinner with minimal prep.
Honey Sriracha Salmon & Broccoli
Ingredients
Sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp sriracha
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- 4 filets salmon thawed
- 2 heads broccoli cut into florets
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, sriracha, garlic, soy sauce and water.
- Cut the broccoli into florets.
- Pat the salmon dry and place into a plastic bag. Add the broccoli and sauce to the bag. Allow to marinade for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Pour the olive oil onto the baking sheet.
- Place the salmon filets skin side down onto the baking sheet.
- Spread the broccoli around the salmon on the baking sheet. Pour the sauce over the top of the broccoli and salmon. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the skin from the salmon.
- Serve.
