  • Mix up the Honey Mustard recipe.
  • Prepare the Gluten-Free Oven Roasted Chicken recipe.
  • In a large bowl, toss together the spring mix salad, grated carrots, chopped pecans, and Gorgonzola cheese crumbles.
  • Slice the chicken cutlets for the salad.
  • Serve with the honey mustard.

Notes

For the salad 1 cup of spinach or baby spring mix to 2 Tbs dressing.
