This is my first new recipe in a while, and judgin This is my first new recipe in a while, and judging by the response to my recent reel, I know I'm not the only one looking for delicious ways to use up summer zucchini.

This Gluten Free Chocolate Zucchini Bread is rich, moist, and packed with chocolate flavor. It's a great gluten free zucchini bread recipe for gardeners, home bakers, and anyone staring at a pile of zucchini wondering what to make next.

You can find the full recipe by tapping the link in my bio.

One of my favorite parts of gardening is bringing the harvest into the kitchen and turning it into something my family is excited to eat. This recipe does exactly that.

Have you started harvesting zucchini yet? If so, what's your favorite zucchini recipe?

I’ve been working on a new Gluten Free Chocolate Z I’ve been working on a new Gluten Free Chocolate Zucchini Bread recipe, and this one is the winner.

Soft, chocolatey, and a delicious way to use up some of that summer zucchini from the garden.

Sometimes the best recipes come from a little trial and error—and a lot of zucchini. 🌱

I’ll be sharing the recipe later today, stay tuned so you can try it yourself!

This morning’s harvest wasn’t measured in pounds o This morning’s harvest wasn’t measured in pounds of blueberries.

It was measured in quiet moments and the chance to slow down for a little while.

Growing and gathering your own food has a way of reminding you that not everything needs to happen quickly. Some things are meant to be savored—the changing seasons, the early morning light, and the simple joy of filling a bowl one handful at a time.

These are the moments that make a homegrown life so rewarding. 🫐🌿

This morning, I was filling my hands with ripe cherry tomatoes.

Gardening has a way of reminding me that growth takes time. Most days don’t look dramatic. It’s just watering, weeding, waiting, and showing up again tomorrow.

Then one day, you’re harvesting tomatoes.

What’s something you’ve been working on lately that’s finally starting to pay off? 🍅🌿

Well, the experiment was only a partial success. 🍞 Well, the experiment was only a partial success. 🍞

The loaf got more rise than my previous gluten-free breads, but as you can see, it collapsed in the center. My guess is that I encouraged more lift but didn’t quite build enough structure to support it.

That’s the thing about recipe development—every loaf teaches you something.

The good news? I’ve already made a few tweaks and another loaf is in the bread machine right now. 🤞

For those of you who bake, what’s the recipe that took you the most attempts to get right?

If you’ve baked gluten-free before, you know one of the biggest challenges is getting a loaf that’s light and fluffy instead of dense and heavy.

I’m trying a different method today to encourage a better rise and improve the texture. No idea yet if it’ll be a success or a complete flop, but that’s part of the fun of recipe development.

Sometimes the best recipes come from being willing to try something new and see what happens.

Nothing fancy—just a handful of parsley, some cher Nothing fancy—just a handful of parsley, some cherry tomatoes, and a few peppers from the garden.

One of my favorite things about growing food is that the harvest doesn’t always have to be big to be meaningful. Sometimes it’s just enough to add something fresh to dinner and remind me why I spend so much time out here.

A little bit harvested almost every day adds up to a lot over a season.

What’s growing well in your garden right now? 🌿🍅🌶️

This morning started with cherry tomatoes and a fe This morning started with cherry tomatoes and a few quiet minutes in the garden.

It’s funny how something so ordinary can feel like such a gift. Months ago, these were tiny plants. Now they’re filling the vines faster than I can pick them.

I think that’s one reason I love gardening so much. It reminds me that most good things in life don’t happen overnight. They grow little by little, often when we’re not paying attention.

What are you growing in your life right now that hasn’t reached harvest yet? 🍅🌿
