Pulled Pork Nachos

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Heat the pork in the microwave if it’s not already warmed.
  • Line the tray with tortilla chips.
  • Layer the pinto beans over the top of the chips.
  • Place the cheese over the top of the beans.
  • Layer the pulled pork over the top of the cheese.
  • Drizzle the BBQ sauce over the top of the pulled pork.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven.
  • Garnish and serve.
