Servings: 4 Servings
Author: Rose Thicket Farms

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 Tbs gluten-free soy sauce
  • 4 green onions chopped and divided
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 3 Tbs sesame oil

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Place the chicken in a bowl and toss with the cornstarch until evenly coated.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, gluten-free soy sauce, garlic, the white portions of the green onions, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes.
  • Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken and stir-fry until most of the pieces develop a golden-brown coating and the chicken cooks through.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken. Stir constantly for 1–2 minutes, until the sauce comes to a boil and begins to thicken.
  • Remove from the heat and garnish with the remaining green onions.
  • Serve
