Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl mix together the eggs, milk, salt, red pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, diced ham, and shredded cheddar. Set aside.
In a 10-inch Dutch oven melt the tablespoon of butter.
Add the white parts of the onions and cook for about 1-2 minutes.
Pour the egg mixture into the Dutch oven.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the eggs are set.
Garnish with sliced green onions and serve.
