Spicy Cucumber Salad

- 4 large cucumbers thinly sliced
- 1 small sweet onion quartered and thinly sliced
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 Tbs dried dill
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Place the sliced cucumbers and onions in a heat safe bowl. In a small saucepan, mix together the vinegar, sugar, water, dill, and red pepper.
Heat until sugar has dissolved.
Pour over the cucumbers and onions.
Toss the vegetables with the dressing. Salt and pepper to taste.
Place in an airtight container and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Serve.
