Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium size bowl, sift flour and almond flour. Mix in the remaining dry ingredients. Stir to combine.
Add wet ingredients and mix. Use hands to knead the dough and shape into a ball.
Use a rolling pin to thinly roll the dough to about 1/8 of an inch.
Cut circles with a 2 inch round cutter. Use a fork to pierce the crackers.
Place on the lined baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes until slightly golden. Rotate pan halfway through baking.
Cool on a baking sheet for 10 minutes.
