Preheat oven to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut open the bags of candy melts. Pour 1/2 cup of peanuts in each bag. Shake to mix.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Alternating colors, pour candy and peanut mixture onto the baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 18 minutes.
While the chocolate is heating, prepare the eyes and sprinkles to add to the melted chocolate.
After the baking sheet comes out of the oven, use a spatula to spread the chocolate into a thin layer.
Use the blunt end of a bamboo skewer to swirl the chocolate together to mix.
Place the eyes on the chocolate. Add sprinkles.
Allow to cool on the counter for several hours.
Break apart the bark into pieces and serve.
Store in an airtight container.
