Italian Salad

- 1 recipe of Italian Dressing
- 6 cup of baby spring mix
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large carrot peeled and grated
- 12 cherry tomatoes halved
- 2-3 Peperoncini peppers thinly sliced
- 1 (2.25 oz) can sliced olives drained
Mix up the Italian Dressing recipe let rest at room temperature.
In a large bowl, toss together the spring mix salad, grated carrots, sliced olives, tomatoes, sliced peppers, and grated Parmesan cheese.
Serve with the Italian dressing.
Be sure to read the labels for gluten-free.
For the salad 1 cup of baby spring mix to 2 Tbs dressing.
