Italian Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 recipe of Italian Dressing
  • 6 cup of baby spring mix
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large carrot peeled and grated
  • 12 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2-3 Peperoncini peppers thinly sliced
  • 1 (2.25 oz) can sliced olives drained

Instructions

  • Mix up the Italian Dressing recipe let rest at room temperature.
  • In a large bowl, toss together the spring mix salad, grated carrots, sliced olives, tomatoes, sliced peppers, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Serve with the Italian dressing.

Notes

Be sure to read the labels for gluten-free. 
For the salad 1 cup of baby spring mix to 2 Tbs dressing.
