Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
In a medium size bowl mix together the garlic, butter, olive oil honey, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Add the carrots and toss to coat them evenly.
Spread the carrots and glaze mixture onto a baking sheet in an even layer.
Roast for 20-25 minutes. Use a spatula to stir them halfway through the cook time.
Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
