Greek Chicken Kebabs

Boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced into 1 1/4 inch cubes

Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, coriander, and season with salt and pepper.
Place the diced chicken in a gallon size resealable bag, pour marinade over chicken and shake. Refrigerate for 45 mins up to 2 hours.
Pull chicken out of the refrigerator to come to room temperature. Soak skewers in water for about 15-30 minutes.
Place chicken on skewers.
Grill on medium-high heat until done.
