Fresh Salsa

- 6 Roma tomatoes chopped
- 2 15 oz. cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 large jalapeño or 2 medium
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbs lime juice
- 4 sprigs cilantro
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
In a food processor, finely chop onions. Add remaining ingredients and chop until desired consistency.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
