Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, mix sour cream, bacon, rotisserie chicken, green onions, ranch, and cheese.
Half the already baked potatoes and scoop out the filling into the bowl. Stir until thoroughly combined.
Spoon filling into the potato halves.
Sprinkle the top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
Garnish with sliced green onions and serve.
