Butterscotch Babies

Servings: 4 Dozen

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pretzels roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugars, and vanilla. Add eggs in one at a time, mixing well.
  • Add in flour mixture gradually, mixing until thoroughly combined.
  • Stir in butterscotch, white chocolate, and pretzel bits.
  • Scoop dough into balls using a scoop or spoon about a tablespoon in size.
  • Bake for 9-11 minutes. Leave cookies on the baking sheet for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Using a spatula, transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
