Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugars, and vanilla. Add eggs in one at a time, mixing well.
Add in flour mixture gradually, mixing until thoroughly combined.
Stir in butterscotch, white chocolate, and pretzel bits.
Scoop dough into balls using a scoop or spoon about a tablespoon in size.
Bake for 9-11 minutes. Leave cookies on the baking sheet for about 1-2 minutes.
Using a spatula, transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
