Boursin Mashed Potatoes

- 1 1/2 pound red potatoes washed and diced
- 1 box Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese crumbled
- 1/4 cup hot milk
- 1/2 tsp chives
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Wash and cut the potatoes into 1 inch pieces. Add to a 2 quart pot and cover with water.
Bring to a boil and let cook for about 10 minutes until fork tender.
Once the potatoes are tender, drain and mash.
Stir in the Boursin, milk, parsley, chives, and garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
