Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl mix together the eggs, milk, salt, red pepper, basil, black pepper, mozzarella, and spinach. Set aside.
In a 10-inch Dutch oven cook the bacon down. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel lined plate.
Add the white parts of the onions and cook for about 1-2 minutes.
Stir the bacon into the egg mixture and pour into the Dutch oven.
Place the pieces of goat’s cheese over the top of the egg mixture.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the eggs are set.
Garnish with sliced green onions and serve.
